Privacy Policy

Agawam Concrete, agawamconcrete.com, office@agawamconcrete.com

Who this policy covers

Agawam Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Agawam, MA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, what we do with it and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.

What information we collect

Most of what we collect is what you choose to give us when you ask about a job. That usually includes:

Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reply to you.

The address of the property, so we know where the driveway, patio or slab is and can plan a visit.

A description of the job and any photos you send, so we have an idea of the work before we come out.

Some information is collected automatically when you visit the site. This includes your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you got to the site and a general location based on your IP address.

How cookies and analytics work on this site

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit. We use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where the site could be clearer, not to build a profile on you.

Our contact form is run by an outside form provider, and that provider may set its own cookies when the form loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though some features like the form may not load the same way.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your question, set up an on-site estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and follow up after the job. We use the automatic site data to keep the site running and improve it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't rent it out for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, such as our website host, form provider and analytics service, and only so they can do that work for us. We'll also share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If you only ask a question and never book, we keep your message as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it. If we do a job for you, we keep the job records, like your contact details, the address and what we poured, for as long as we need them for warranty questions, tax records and our own business records.

Analytics data is kept by the analytics service under its own settings and is used in summary form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do it unless we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have more rights under that state's privacy law. Tell us what you're asking for and we'll handle the request under the rules that apply to you.

Children's privacy

Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our site or the tools behind it change. The current version is always the one on this page, so check back here if you want to see what's changed.

How to raise a privacy question or concern

If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think we've handled something wrong, call us at (413) 789-3945 or send a message through our Contact page. We answer 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, and we respond within 1 business day.
